Q4. Does Epson iPrint Ver.2.0 support iWorks and is it able to launch iWorks like some other iOS Apps?A4. Epson iPrint Ver.2.0 does not support iWorks. So it is not possible to open iWorks documents or launch iWork’s from within Epson iPrint Ver.2.0.Q5. Is it possible to manually enter the printer IP address?A5. As new entries appear, the oldest entry is deleted. Browser history is displayed in the order of newest to oldest, with the current open URL displayed with a tick against it.
Printing scanning dataQ1. What is the Scan function?A1. The scan function allows you to search for an all in one product on the same network as your mobile device. Once found you can then scan to your local device or to an online storage space.
Q2. How do I setup my all in one’s scanner with Epson iPrint ver.2.0? a. In order to setup a scanner, you must tap on the Scan option from the main menu and then tap the Settings button to go to the scan settings screen.b. Once the scanner has been found by Epson iPrint ver.2.0 the scanner's name is displayed. c. Epson iPrint ver.2.0 searches for an all in one on the same network as your mobile device. If multiple all in one products are found on the same network, a list of all the found devices is displayed.d. If a scanner is not found, "Scanner Not Found" is displayed. If you tap the scan button at this point, a scanner error will occur.e. The scanner search will timeout after 30 seconds if no devices are found.f. Confirm the network settings for your product, ensuring it is shown on the network. Additionally ensure the product is powered on.Q2. I am receiving the following error message “General Error” when printing is executed. What should I do?A2. Delete all print jobs and turn the printer off. Remove any foreign objects from inside the product. After a few minutes, turn the printer back on.Q3. I am receiving the following error message “Printer cover error” A3. Ensure the printer cover is closed on your product.Q4. I am getting the following error message “Paper Jam” A4. Clear any visible paper jams from the product.Q5.
