You will need to install Rosetta as Apple Corp. have made this software an optional installation in Snow Leopard. Before continuing, you should first check how your product is supported in Snow Leopard. To do this, see support article 'Epson and Snow Leopard - Mac OS X 10.6' in the Related Articles section on the right-hand side.
- If your product is listed as having an 'inbox driver' included with Snow Leopard, you can use this Epson inbox driver until we provide updated drivers.
- If your product is labelled as having a 'compatible download' driver you should install Rosetta following the instructions in the article referenced below. You will then be able to install the driver either from your Epson product CD (if it contains a suitable driver) or the latest driver from the Epson website (dated October 2007 or later).
You can install Rosetta in Snow Leopard by following the instructions in support article 'The message "Rosetta must be installed" appears when I try to install my Epson driver(s) in Mac OS X 10.6.x. What should I do? '. The link is available in the related articles section for this article and article 'Epson and Snow Leopard - Mac OS X 10.6'.
